SOLUTION
We placed a grand 10m x 4m 2.6mm LED screen at one end of the hall to create a focal point in the Guildhall with its high ceiling and long layout. The versatility of a screen meant it was a perfect solution to be used as a backdrop for the speakers, display key information and add dimension to performances. Using Barco E2 screen management, with media servers, we managed screen content and playback throughout the evening and used d&b sound system. Generic stage wash lighting, pin spotlights and uplights helped illuminate the vast space.
