SOLUTION
We installed a 6ft x 16ft stage with a 3m x 2m 2.6mm LED screen running off a Roland V40 HD Mixer and Macbook Pro. Associated brands were displayed on two acrylic side panels placed on white stage flats. For the presentations we provided a lectern and D&B sound system. The stage was lit using uplighters and generic stage wash lights.
